Since I was a little girl, horses have been my passion. As I've grown, that passion has evolved into a commitment to strengthening and improving the horse industry as a whole. I'm excited to share my knowledge, experience, and love for horses with others, helping them grow, succeed, and make a positive impact in their own corner of the equine world.

Born and raised in Michigan I found my passion for riding horses at the age of six. I received my Bachelors of Science in Animal Science from Michigan State University in 2016 before I began my role at Pennsylvania State University overseeing a countywide 4-H program where I specialized in providing and developing equine related educational programs for both youth and adults. In 2024, I completed my Master of Science in Equine Science through the University of Edinburgh where I focused on topics involving Equitation Science and Equine Behavior & Welfare.
Over the past 25+ years, I've experienced many different facets of the horse industry (the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the challenging). From working as a student and grooming on weekends to support my own horse (Breezy) throughout college, to serving on statewide horse show committees and even judging a few schooling shows, I've come to believe that every one of us plays an important role in the equine community.
