Feed Program Evaluation
We’ll evaluate your current feed regimen along with your horse’s age, current weight, workload, and health status to identify potential gaps. Following this evaluation we will make recommendations and develop a plan to ensure your horse is getting the most out of their diet and check on their progress as needed
Pasture Management & Enrichment Consultation
Together we’ll complete a pasture walk and evaluate for safety, discuss key practices for improving your pasture, identify gaps within your pasture along and come up with a plan to improve it. During this evaluation we’ll also discuss options for adding enrichment that can be used to prevent boredom and unwanted behaviors in order to help keep our equine companions out of trouble!
technology Design & Implementation
Curious about ditching the paper and whiteboards and transition into a more digital system but not sure where to start? Let us help! The focus of this service will be to help understand how digital you want go and design a plan for implementing technology into your farm or lesson program in order to make record keeping and management easier. We’ll help you from start to finish, find you the right technology, assist with coordinating setup, and even help onboard and train staff in how to use it.

We offer a wide range of administrative services to help with invoicing, scheduling client and equine appointments, handling the paperwork for registrations, and assist with the design and management of your horse show. Additionally we can help you manage your website and social media accounts while we can’t guarantee you’ll go viral, we can assist by creating posts, managing sale ads, and developing graphics to make your posts stand out.
Virtual Barn Bestie Mentorship
We’ll create a custom mentorship program for you to expand your equine knowledge and feel confident in navigating the equine world. We’ll set goals, meet for check ins, and only be a text away to help you celebrate your accomplishments or vent about the frustrations.

Consult & design
Bits, Bridles, Saddles, Feed Bags, Supplement Containers, Oh My! Sometimes the thought of cleaning and organizing your tack or feed room can be a bit overwhelming. Our Tack and Feed Room consult & design service will help turn chaos into calm by establishing an organizational system for functionality and cleanliness (yes, we’ll even get rid of those cobwebs too!)
Lesson Program Matchmaking
Whether you’re new to the horse world or getting back into the horse world our lesson program matchmaking service will do the heavy lifting of matching you with a lesson program that meets your interests, goals, and time commitment. We’ll go through and explain the different disciplines to help identify your goals, contacting local programs to get information on pricing, ask about the program’s availability, and make sure you feel prepared for your first riding lesson!
Equine Science Educational Programming
Ready to offer more hands-on educational opportunities that don’t involve riding but not sure where to start? We offer a wide range of educational materials and lessons pertaining to equine science based topics such as equine first aid, anatomy & physiology, genetics, nutrition, & much more! With this service we will design the lessons, provide the materials, and train staff for them to use.
